Brakes

What could be the reason for brakes not to brake?. I have master cyl and booster from 3/4 Chevy, new wheel cyl from VPW, everything is primed, bench bled etc. It seems rear brakes do not engage. Wasted two days trying to figure out the problem. Master cyl is the same set-up as "Uglytracking"."Help" I scream in a weak voice.
