I found this tool under the seat in a WDX Cab I just bought.
Cast in the handle is " Miller Mfg Co Detroit USA"
The Taped on paper tag states;
5120-788-0621
Wrench
1 ea A 6/74
The Pins on the movable ends are .250" dia and stick out both sides of the tool by .625"
With the spanner end fully closed the over all length is 29.5"
What appears to be a handle end is more than a handle. Its cast in a definite Pattern
The tool must be dual purpose meaning, the cast pattern on one end and the adjustable spanner on the opposite end
What is this tools use ?
Must be NOS as the Taped on paper tag is perfect.
