The front bumpers and frame rails are 3/4 ton WC or 1 ton PW, not M-37, so it might be a modernization of a WW II 3/4 ton Dodge WC chassis. I vaguely recall a company that made fiberglass body kits (cab, hood, front fenders, etc.) for the purpose of updating a reconditioned chassis, same as seen on 2-1/2 ton M series trucks only a smaller version. Anyone else remember these?
