I am a big fan of lawyers who were absent from law school the day they taught law, and of those who have never heard the phrase "Catch 22."
I have two cars, You Honor. They comprise my "collection."
I do not operate them. Therefore, the law does not require me to notify you that I have them. Therefore, I do not have them, as far as the law is concerned. If I do not have them, they are not part of a collection. Therefore, they are not exempt. Therefore, even though they are part of a collection that does not exist, I must regster them.
