they'd never allow civilians to use it. Pound for pound, it has more explosive power than dynamite. Look up "fuel-air bomb". It's responsible for far more deaths and fires than propane is. A burning gasoline tanker destroyed a steel freeway bridge in California a few months ago. The only difference is we're used to gasoline.
