I just reinstalled my cab last week and had the same problems. When I was finished, the cab floor to the bottom of the frame measured 8". I had to add some more shims to the rad support and it's around 1/2" now. All the lines appear to be consistant with the fenders and body. I had to adjust the brake pedal and clutch pedals for the stroke to match the cutouts in the floor panels. The cab may seem a little higher up than others that I 've seen. Just make sure you leave the steering box bolts loose until the cab is secured and then clamp the steering shaft to the dash. Tighten up the box after making sure it is not bending the steering column tube up or down...
