If your refering to the Gasket that goes around the front windshield frame;

It should be slightly small so it will stretch and snap into place. I once got one to large but it was immediatelly exchanged with one of the right size.

I use a soapy water to lube the gasket and windshield frame. Start the gasket on one corner and I use a window screen roller to help push the gasket into the groove. Work slow and DONT pull the gasket or it will end up with extra (Slack) and you will have to start over again. I dont use any weather strip glue to hold it in, neither did Dodge. Once its in place, I tightly close the front windshield and leave it in the sun all day and then let the windshield stay closed for a few days to 'train' the gasket to lay flat. After you do one, the next one will drop right on. Also helps to hold the tongue just right LOL
