old books say (in print) not to touch the
shoe material with your bare hands as the oil
from the skin can get on them & cause hard
brakes
very very few mechanics working today know
anything about this type of brake shoe setup
or how it works as almost everything today is
disc or anchorless brakes
old chrysler cars had 4 wheel cylinders
one for each shoe
