57 FF,
I had ok brakes when I put the truck together a few months ago, then they keep getting worse as I drove it. The whole system is new. I had a vent problem with the cap, so I drilled a small hole into the side of the cap to the master cylinder. That seamed to help the brakes from building up to much pressure when got warmed up. So this past weekend I took all four brake drums off and cleaned them, readjusted them, and tried to power bleed the brake system, and it really did not help. The truck dose stop but with two feet on the peddle. The brake peddle engages with in the first 1.5” and travels a little over half way to the floor for maxim slow down. Can’t really call it stopping.
So any thing else can I try?
What is the right way to power bleed the brakes?
I’ll bleed the brakes one more time the old way.
