and see what rim widths are acceptable for
the tire size you want to use and if the
6.5x16 is ok (by the mfgr) then go for it
also find out what tube & flap would work
correctly
tires are a big $$ investment so it pays to
do your homework
do not believe what someone wanting to sell
you the tires tells you
"oh yeh they work fine", "no problems", 'My uncle eddie has them on his yugo", etc
