A number of us, not all, have found the water cured polyurethanes to peel on clean, smooth surfaces. The info for Hirsch and POR all refer to rusted, corroded surfaces, ie very rough surfaces. If you are starting with clean, smooth surfaces, I would reccommend an epoxy primer,such as PPGs, etc. for better results. Based on my experience, make your own mind up. BB
