... mine was pretty well complete, and had really no rust at all. I took the engine apart and changed bearings, replaced a bunch a seals on the transmission, did the brakes all around, replaced some missing winch parts... and it was about $2,500 in parts. That doesn't count the new set of 5 tires.

I did a lot better on the 1964 W200. Only about $300 in parts to get it running. Not bad at all.
