Lowe's Home Improvement sells the 'Task Force'
diamond plate tool box for $39.??. I used it on the running board of the Bumblebee to act as a battery box. It also houses the main disconnect switch. The Tool Box is 24" long, 9.75" wide and 9.0" high. You can see in the picture it just fits nice between the rear fender and the front of the bed. I bead blasted my box and shot it flat black to match the rest of the flat balck on the Bumblebee. I also cut in louvers so no hydrogen gas could/would collect. Water proof, No, but I wold sure say water resistant. Even with the louvers I have never had water inside. I bought this one in
2002. If Lowes no longer sells this model, Google 'Task Force' tool boxes and find another vendor. The Lowes Item Number is 101469 and the Model of the tool box is ATB240T. If it would help, I can email you the HTML of Lowes Ad. I will also post one more pic of just the tool box.
