Michelin XLs survive 100 MPH

Those XLs sure wine at 100 MPH.

Actually we put my Carryall on the Dyno today. At 4,800 RPM it was doing 100 MPH. It was really smooth and had no problems getting there.

The stats for the run are:
Max HP 178.5 delivered to the rear wheels
Max torque; 236 deliverd to rear wheels
Tork was flat from 1,750 to 3,600 RPM
HP was straight line curve from 1,750 to 3,750 then started to flatten out. Max HP was reached at 4,500 RPM and did not decrease

They guys running the Dyno said it did quite well and that the engine is well tuned. However I did loose a lot of HP in the drive traine.

I will send some picts to Mopar Norm to post. I also have a short video of it on the dyno.
