My personal experiance is that all Dodge engine cranks were drilled for either auto or manual.I have had many guys tell me that only certain engines were drilled for the pilot bushings for manual trans.,but I put a 440 out of a 73 4-door New Yorker in the 74 W200 I had and it was drilled for a pilot bushing.Every 318 and 360 I have pulled has always been drilled for a pilot bushing, and I have pulled them from everything from Cordobas,Satelites,2wd trucks, and Power Wagons from 71 up.I even pulled an original 400 from a 78 Cordoba and it was drilled for the pilot bushing.
