We've just spent the past 2 days in Lake George and driving back to I-87 from Hague today I saw a sign for the Schroon River/Creek(?) - Then I put 2 and 2 together. I've probably been in your back yard and didn't know it.
My wife made our travel plans from VA, and I didn't think anything of it until I saw the sign today ... If I had planned ahead, I would have planned on stopping by, checking out the trucks and picking up some syrup!!
Beautiful area up here, have never been here before - spent the morning on a cruise up and down the lake.
