I think it may be a correct 4wd cab, the metal kick plates, headlight switch, and a few other details are military. I just can't see most guys swapping that stuff over if they swapped the cabs.
At this point I think the door tag was added later when there was no title for the tag on the glovebox door, but this is just a guess.
I await further developments...
