Bob Nardelli didn't resign from his last job, He was fired for not delivering. Home Depot stock price languished with him at the helm.

A company will not turn on the efforts of a single individual and Nardelli has proven that he can't inspire the people around him.

Why should the expectation that he can do anything for Chrysler exist?
