Just wondering how many states have a Year Of Manufacture ("YOM") license plate policy for antique/historical vehicles, and how many of our forum members have registered their PW's with a YOM plate.

New York has such a policy. My '54 has a NY 1953 plate, with a small metal "54" update plate in the right lower corner. In 1953 and 1954, (and other post-war years) NY issued only a rear plate, to save metal.
