I don't know who made them, but they were castings, about 1/4" thick. No bushing needed, the axle will just sit harmlessly in the spindle- unless you engage 4x4, for long periods.
I had another set, from billet aluminum. For a 41 1/2t, made from about 1 inch thick with counterbores for the studs/nuts. No bushing in that set either.
Maybe I'll make another set. The sharp end of the lever on my Dual-Matics tore a chunk out of the skin on my shin. One of those tri-corner tears, about an inch each side. I had already cleaned up for the day, took off my jeans, put on shorts, and decided to take a couple pics. I didn't realise how bad until my sandal got stuck to the rug while I emailed the pics. I think it made me anemic.
