I think you have a Dodge Power Wagon that has a cab from something else. In most states, it is the frame number that will take priority for the title since engines and cabs can be changed. I would therefore license it as the Dodge that it is using the frame id number.
Many kinds of Fargo trucks were built in Windsor....but not Fargo Power Wagons. All Power Wagons were build in LA or Detroit whether called, Dodge, Fargo or DeSoto.
You could still "dress" it as a Fargo if you wished...but as others have noted, Fargo tailgates are very hard to find. I have seen a few examples of people cutting out the Dodge logo and pasting in a logo from a Fargo tailgate. These can look perfect if done by a skilled welder.
