1973 W100 Disc Brake Retrofit

Greetings Powerwagon-ers!

I have both a '74 & '73 4x4 Power Wagon and I understand that disc brakes were a factory option in '73? Have any of you attempted to retrofit disc brakes to this vintage of PW? Any tips or sources?

BTW: My '74 has excellent running gear that (body is overly rusted - unfortunately) will soon be available - 360, 4spd, 4x4.
