So far, I've found two that look like your picture but have the * and #, and one that looks like your picture but has a real dial, plus a couple "regular" looking dial phones. But that's only the top layer in the pile. Also found a spiffy looking new military one that purports to be "digital" and 3 old German field telephones from the 1930s. I'm sure if I ever make it to the bottom of the pile, there will be one like you want, so you might as well put those hubs in the mail right away.
