... make your own. I say this having used a couple of "pre-made" wiring harnesses, and found them wanting. There is always something - the wrong material, the wrong connectors, missing wires, wires a little too short, etc. The best wiring harnesses I have used are the ones I made myself. It's not really that hard, just measure one wire at a time, pick colors, cut each wire, lay them out in "phase" with the rest of the harness, then tape up. Make sure to leave the correct amount of wire exposed from the wrap. These trucks don't have that many wires, so it's not that big of a job. I have done two 1950s trucks, and it takes about one day to get it done working steadily.

Pick out the best materials available, you can choose from "authentic" or "modern" insulation and connectors. The kind of tape is quite important too, cheap black electrical tape isn't generaly very good in the long term. Pay attention to junction blocks for headlights and rubber grommets - they often need replacement. And get the best quality connectors you can find.
