The limits are as follows:
You must be the original owner, you must get a free check-up at your dealer, every 5 years. No Cummins powered vehicles are covered.
Upon re-sale the warranty reverts to a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty.
Other than that, it covers all of the drivetrain except the tires and consumables such as brake pads/shoes.
It applies to both 2007 and 2008 models. The real test will be to see if they make it a permanent program.
