Could you just take a good size chain and two locks, wrap the chain around the brake pedal and lock it tight, put the other end though the steering wheel and lock it tight. They would have to bring a big set of bolt cutters with them to get the truck at that point. They are looking for the easy targets, not the hard ones.
Also, put the target you used on the pistol range last time on the seat......I would even write on the target...
