Well said Norm, I got in a big discussion with my sister about these same thoughts and ideas a few weeks ago, she said I was just being negative. I see it at work all the time now, you have to ask permission to get permission on about everything you try to do, you need a permit to get a permit. What ever happened to the good ole days when you landed a job for "x" amount, and you just did whatever you had to do to get it done on time and on budget and do a good job too. Now eveyone has their nose in every little decesion.Nowadays it's all about saving money and time, everyone forgot that accomplishing great things takes time and more money. Enough of my rant, "Take me back Mr. Wizard"
