My only suggestion would be to contact the seller directly by phone.
There are so many crooks out there now-a-days, offering auctions for people who have sold an item. Last Power Wagon I bid on sold to someone else... the next day I got a e-mail (through e-Bay!) from the "Seller" offering it to me at my last highest bid. I'd already talked to the guy once, so I called him back - Nope, not him. He'd gotten several other e-mails and calls from folks sayding they'd buy it since "he" offered to to them after the sale. The real disaster was - this was the guy's first venture into selling on e-Bay and some crook was already trying to get money from folks and ruin his name.
