We just got back from a nice road trip to Lake Charles LA, Vicksburg MS, Pensacola, FL, Gulfport, MS, and Houston, Tx.
The trip started off thru Blanco, Texas south of Johnson City, final resting place of Lady Bird last Sunday. One of the LBJ daughters thanked us as she passed in her limo.....it was unusual.
Coming back home I spotted a Green FFPW Crew Cab with the 8 ft bed, around mile marker 826, near Beaumont, Texas off IH 10. It looked like the first CC Sammy built unit. Who ownes it??
The highlight of the trip was Pensacola, we had a beach front room, and the Blue Angels were in town for their upcoming show. It was pretty awesome to watch them practioce right over the ocean, as we watched from
the balcony.
We came home to flooded Texas, we are getting hammered.
