How true BUT, it's real hard to carry all that extra gear when your off tripsin thru the copses (also ya miss all those great unexpected moments, Uh, excuse me, can you stop the car crash for a moment while I set up? HA!). That's while I like the older style VHS & Beta camcorders, as they're shoulder mounted. Problem with them was ya needed a ground guide as you were movin.
