It sure looks Marine. It is not a Chris Craft Instrument Set. However, it is very close to the Chris 1949 delxue Runabout 17 foot. That Gauge Cluster has the Individaul Tach and the Combined Oil/Water Temp. The pivot points on the Oil/Water Temp are just the opposite of the ones in your picture. The Silk Screen is different also but that could have just been up to the builder when the instruments were ordered.

Other than that, I dont know what boat used it.
