Most dangerous part is pumping air in the tire after you changed it. You need device to keep ring from flying off, / chaine or something you bolt to the rim/. when there is no pressure in the tire it is pretty safe. The best is go to a tire shop, but if you poor like me, it is possible to do it at home.
