I have never needed to use a pressure bleeder on a FFPW with single resevoir drum system. they almost bleed theselves out. poor braking and low pedal is almost always in the adjustment of the shoes. they are non servo brakes. adjustment takes patience for sure. late servo type brakes dont' need to be as exact as they will find their own center. non servo FFPW brake shoes need to be centered acurately with the lower adjustment cams. If youhave a manual it should cover the process.
