FFPW Cab floorboards- aft end unsupported?

It appears not only unsupported, but unsealed too. But no screw holes in the floorboards either...

Also, what about 'seals' around the levers? Should I make Leather with slits, and steel trim to hold them in?. There are small screw holes all over the tranny cover to retain them.
