Ooooh... sounding WAY too familiar...
I was just going to replace the engine with the 270 hemi (it ran). Well, while it's out I might as well put in new rings at least... Wha,... the crank needs turning? Okay... and new bearings for that of course... and, as long as I'm getting new main bearings, obviously I need new rod bearings... and with the truck I'll just remove the fenders and coat them since it'll be in the mud-pits... oh, and the running boards too... and I might as well coat the bottom of the cab and box... and frame... and... and... and...
And now I have a parts pile too!!
