Yup,
I was picking up only the second PW I ever bought on a trailer with surge brakes. I was headed down a 15% gravel hill with a cliff in front of me & it was pouring with rain in Oregon. I was trying to turn around but there was no way to back that damn thing up. No room to get around the trailer if I unhooked her & the guy I bought the truck off was behind me in a Lexus. I hooked a chain from the back of the trailer to the Lexus....thought if he pulled & took the weight of the surge hitch that I'd be able to back her up....nope.
It was a long evening shall we say!
My wife was with me & she was not amused. LOL!
