I am willing to bet someone miss-read the C as a 0, or something. The GVW letters are: A B C D E F G H, there is no O listed. H is 33,000 lbs and up, so I doubt there was an O.
Let me know what you find out.
Someone obviously did not know much about the way the trucks VIN worked when they filled out the title, not an uncommon problem.
