Heading out this morning to a 4th of July parade. Loading up my 6,000 lb. '51 B3PW with 1,150 lb. Good Roads blade on my 3,000 lb. single axle trailer, to be pulled with my '47 WDX, from the 3-point lift mounted drawbar and no trailer brakes. I would have rented a U-haul trailer, but I figured I had only 500 miles of hills to travel - why go for the overkill?

!DISCLAIMER!

I'M ONLY KIDDING!

This photo was taken as I tried to figure out an easy way to load my snowplow for transport. Power-Wagons are basically farm equipment and/or construction equipment and should be hauled on trailers designed for such, pulled by 3/4-ton trucks at a minumun.

In case you missed that last paragraph, I will repeat here: "This photo was taken as I tried to figure out an easy way to load my snowplow for transport. Power-Wagons are basically farm equipment and/or construction equipment and should be hauled on trailers designed for such, pulled by 3/4-ton trucks at a minumun."

I actually saw an overloaded U-haul vehicle transport trailer on the road a few days ago. It was carrying a Suzuki Samari and was being pulled by a 1/2-ton Blazer. It was scarry.

Everyone have a safe Holiday.
