Thats about the easiest part of the conversion.There is a small bolt on the end of the rod(right side)that holds the pedals up in the cradle? under the dash.Just remove the bolt and pull the rod out.Sometimes they are a little rusty and take a little effort,but should come right out.May also have to take out the A/C tube if your truck has it.Then put in a set of 4-speed pedals in its place.Ive somehow acuired about 5 sets of 4-speed pedals??Parting out WAY too many 70s trucks I guess..
