After you get it all togethwer, with the window rolled half way up, loosen the adjusment nut on the window regualtor. It's the one 1/2" nut accessible through the round hole in the door. Loosen, wiggle the window a bit, wiggle the handle, and retighten it. That adjust the regulator links to make them paralell to the tracks.
Mine are still kinda stiff, but functional. I'll spray all the tracks with silicone after I'm all done with painting, maybe next year.
