Kiting a 4B series Cummins in my opinion would be difficult. The Cummins can be used with Chevy/Dodge/Ford/SAE # 3 Flywheel Housing adapters so it will mate to the proper transmission. Each of these transmissions will require different mounts. Then we have issues in rework of fuel system, Power Steering, Hydroboost, Front engine mounts. Is the kit going in a PW/WC/M37 there are differences to deal with. We have rework on the exhaust down pipe so the exhaust system will clear the T Case or do you run outside the frame rails. We have dash gauges, wireing, foot throttle hook up, mounts for T case shifter, rework or fab a new tranny cover and tunnel. Its a lot to consider in making a plug and play kit. Its not simple like the Helitool 318/360 Kit and a dodge NP-420 or Np-435 tranny with a divorced NP-200 T case. The Helitool Kit stayed within the same family of parts and works great. Not so with the Cummins. After doing two diesel swaps and knowing what I have to do on my last two trucks to drop in a diesel, Honestly I would not know where to start to make a kit. A kit that would be fool proof, plug and play.

I truly believe that unless your going to have someone do all the work, you need equipment to cut/weld, be able to make flawless welds, the ability to design what you need, time and lots of funding, without these pieces, you should not embark on a diesel swap.

Just my thoughts, someone else may see a easy way to do this ?
