Actually, a private citizen CAN get a carry license. Then, ya have to carry all that documentation with ya when ya carry, which often gives ya a hernia. Also actually, it's not the mob that's scared, but the cops. They're the ones that taught me about telephone books & rubber hoses not leavin marks.
Did I mention Mr Mosseberg has a pistol grip? Him & Mr Glock were a Bday present from the Mrs. Back in the day before I became a bum & actually worked for a living, it was me & Mr Colt. The Mrs wanted me to keep up with the times. Revolvers are soooo old fashioned. HA!
