My Dodge Shop Manual 1967 makes no reference to wet or dry. My Cummins Shop manual always makes reference to lubricated fasteners prior to tightening. Also the type of lube makes a difference. Further the Dayton U Bolt Product Spec Sheet makes reference to well lubricated threads...see;

I think we need to get the Wench to Winch the Wrench to the shop. Then with a 8 foot pipe on the Wrench get the Wench to Winch on the end of the pipe. Should Work LOL
