is not something that can be legislated. i have two small boys. driving them around buckled in is dangerous enough. the flying tires, flipping cars & stunt planes overhead are all things to be concerned about when thinking about bringing them to an 'event'. also to be considered are traveling circus rides. how many times have they been taken apart and transported. cotter pins, bailing wire and duct tape. keep your kids safe and out of harms way. no one is looking out for you!
