Cutting foam
I use a product called Core made by Drummond American. When you spray it , it does come out as a foam and slowly turns to liquid.
It is used for cooling the drill bits and can also be used on mill cutters, basically just a lubricant for your drill, but have used as a penetrating oil as well.
