The rear cast mounts on botht he Carryall and M37 were in my way. I did not remove them since the rear spring perch is riveted thru them. I used a Sawzall and cut them back flush with the frame. I did not want to use Plasma as its 'possible' to get hydrogen embrittlement and weaken the mount. I figured if the mount were to fail, its again possible that the spring perch would become very loose.

I was not able to run my exhaust inside the frame rail on the Carryall/M37 due to space constraints with the Transfer case. My exhuast runs outside the frame rail on the passenger side. The Muffler is tucked up under the running board with pleanty of ground clearence.
