I Lift the engine in place and establish the position (horizontal and verticle) for the front motor mounts. The front mounts are then fab'ed and the engine mounted to them using 1989-1993 Dodge Diesel Isolators (parts Master # 2710) available at NAPA. (caution, these are metric thread)

Then with the rear of the engine cribbed on 6x6 blocks I install the NV-4500. I can now establish proper rear heigth to give me a proper drive shaft angle. The rear mount for the NV-4500, which is also the rear engine mount is fabed and put into place. I use
NAPA 602-1258 isolators. These are 2.5" diameter x 1.5" thick and have a 7/16-14 stud out each side. The 7/16" stud will screw right into the NV-4500 rear mount pad.

Finally hang the Np-205 T case and isolate its support mount.

Fill the fuel tank and go for a joy ride ha ha

My engine crane is not rated to handle the weight of both the Cummins and NV-4500. Further its to unrully for one person to handle. So I do each part seperate.

Works well for me.

Paul
