It is not easy to replace the door windows. I put mine in in a vertical position. I tried from the outside of the door and from the inside. I can not remember which way worked. Nor do I remember if I had the lower window edge facing forward or towrds the back of the truck. I do know that I put a layer of making tape followed by a couple layers of duct tape over that so I would not scratch my new paint. It will go in.
I need to replace a door latch in both my ffPW and my Carryall. This means that the windows will have to be dropped to the bottom of the door or removed to replace the latches. Something I am not looking forward to.
