The frame was blasted with Black Beauty to bright and shiney. Then Pickle X 20 (www.picklex20.com) was applied. Then I used
PPG MP-170 Epoxy Primer followed by PPG Hardened MOA Chassis black. I use this same treatment on all my trucks. Anything exposed to the road slop gets the treatment.
