I was in Fairfield yesterday. Iowa and Skunk rivers are at their crests. A lot of standing water in the fields. Mike Fleig says they have been getting a LOT of rain. Meanwhile, 100 miles here to the East, we have not been able to buy a drop of rain all of May.
The Mud Dogs are going to have a blast on their trail rides, if the Kerr farm is not completely flooded out.
Leaving for Fairfield (again) on Tuesday.
